Osbell Gordon is senior vice president of finance for Delaware North. In his role, he leads the business partner efforts between finance and Delaware North’s subsidiaries.
Gordon has nearly 20 years of expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), short-term strategy and long-term scalability for multifaceted organizations. He joined Delaware North in 2022 from Amazon, where he held senior finance roles, most recently as head of finance operations for Amazon Business. Amazon’s $8 billion business-to-business procurement platform serves millions of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, government agencies and large healthcare systems.
Gordon began his career in sales at Caterpillar before joining Volvo as a financial analyst in 2006. In 2008, he transitioned into a corporate FP&A role at the telecommunications provider Ericsson, where he worked for four years before joining the commercial and home security company Tyco in 2012 as head of corporate FP&A. From 2015 to 2019, Gordon was a corporate FP&A leader at General Motors, focusing on enterprise resource planning implementation and transformation, before joining Amazon in 2019.
Gordon earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business, as well as a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. He is also a certified public accountant.
