ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (Jan. 13, 2022) – The Buffalo Bills and Delaware North, the team’s foodservice and retail partner at Highmark Stadium, today announced new specialty menu items for Saturday’s AFC Wild Card matchup with the New England Patriots.
Fans can look for the 7 WON 6, which features Italian sausage topped with braised Buffalo-style chicken, celery slaw, blue cheese and Frank’s Red Hot aioli. The new item is available in sideline clubs and in general concessions at Chef’s Test Kitchen, which is in the Miller Lite Brew Pub on the lower concourse.
“We’ve been rotating specialty items throughout the season at the Chef’s Test Kitchen location. But with the AFC East Championship secured and a rubber match set with a division rival – we created the 7 WON 6 to really emphasize hometown pride and Bills spirit,” said Andy Altomare, Delaware North’s general manager at Highmark Stadium. “And with the forecast calling for single digits, we’ve added premium hot chocolate to all concessions areas, including in souvenir mugs.”
Premium Hot Chocolate, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, will be available throughout general concessions and in the club areas. Limited edition playoff-themed or 2021 AFC East Champion-themed souvenir mugs will be available.
New items in the sideline clubs include the Beef Tenderloin Slider – sliced beef tenderloin with caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese and sriracha mayo.
