The National Football League is entering its second week of regular-season games, which means Delaware North Sportservice is back in action at the five NFL stadiums where it provides food, beverage or retail services.

At Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, Executive Chef Zac Ladubec and his culinary team have rolled out an array of new menu items for hungry Packers fans. Some highlights include a Korean BBQ chicken skewer noodle bowl, chorizo quesadillas, sausage strip bourbon brats and several varieties of specialty pierogis.

Beyond the new menu items, Delaware North’s team at Lambeau Field has continued renovations in fan concession areas with the conversion of five former “belly-up” stands with grab-and-go marketplaces. The traditional beer “hawkers” at the stadium have also been replaced with roaming portable carts that can move around the concourses.

Similar to Lambeau Field, new grab-and-go markets have also been introduced at Highmark Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills, in Orchard Park, N.Y.

Eight new markets were opened for fans as a streamlined approach for selling cold beverages and snacks. Each of the markets features a row of refrigerated coolers with bottled and canned beers, seltzers, soft drinks and waters, as well as displays of packaged snack items. Fans simply grab their items and swipe their credit card to pay.

Another new addition to Highmark Stadium this season is a “Chef’s Test Kitchen” located in the stadium’s Miller Light Brew Pub. The concept features a new specialty menu item every game. Some of the early items include a Quesadilla Burger, BBQ Beefon-Weck on Texas Toast and a Mac-and-Cheese Burger.

Delaware North also provides concessions and premium dining services at TIAA Bank Field (Jacksonville Jaguars), retail services at Soldier Field (Chicago Bears) and food, beverage and retail services at MetLife Stadium (New York Giants and New York Jets).
