Jeff Wilkinson serves as chief information officer at Delaware North, a global leader in hospitality and entertainment.
Wilkinson, who has oversight of the enterprisewide IT functions and infrastructure, is based out of Delaware North’s global headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y., where he leads the strategy and management of the company’s technology infrastructure and innovations.
Wilkinson’s leadership enables a more complete enterprise strategy that drives a future vision of stronger infrastructure, more capable and agile services, and greater digital business partnership with company subsidiaries and support functions. His leadership is integral to the pursuit of Delaware North’s growth objectives, which are dependent on the ability to scale leading-edge technologies across business operations.
Prior to joining Delaware North in January 2018, Wilkinson served as vice president and commercial chief information officer for General Electric’s (GE) corporate enterprise. Among his accomplishments at GE were oversight of a global team of 120 technology resources that architected a commercial blueprint for the company’s digital transformation. He also led the creation of a unified business development pipeline across all GE industries to improve collaboration, deliver a common understanding of customers to enhance their experiences, and enable new digital commerce capabilities to drive revenue at scale.
Prior to GE, Wilkinson spent 11 years with AmerisourceBergen Inc., a pharmaceutical distribution company in Chesterbrook, Pa., where his leadership role as vice president focused on global data delivery and insights, customer experience, and technology innovation. He began his professional career with Merck & Co., one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.
Wilkinson received a bachelor’s degree in computer information science at Gwynedd Mercy University, and he also earned a master’s degree in engineering science from Pennsylvania State University.
