The Delaware North team at London Stadium is led by General Manager Elliott Moore, with the onsite culinary group overseen by Executive Head Chef Bruce Deacon. For this event, they have teamed up with colleagues from Wembley Stadium, Emirates Stadium and operations in the United States. Cristobal Vazquez, the creator of the “Boomstick” items and executive chef at the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, and Antonio Prontelli, a New York City-based culinary director for Patina Restaurant Group, Delaware North’s premium restaurant and catering division, are among those supporting from the U.S.

In addition to the offerings within the general admission areas, Delaware North manages all aspects of the premium hospitality lounges at London Stadium – many of which have been temporarily co-branded with baseball themes. The Forge, for example, will transform into The All-Star.

The culinary journey at The All-Star begins with bar nibbles upon arrival, setting the stage for a four-course plated meal. The starters present a symphony of flavors, ranging from the simplicity of a Scotch & Co “soft yolk” scotch egg with piccalilli to the complexity of Forest of Dean smokehouse smoked salmon paired with cauliflower aioli and capers. Freshness shines through in dishes like the Isle of Wight heritage tomato salad adorned with Laverstoke farm mozzarella and British herb pesto, while the Chilled Yorkshire pea and garden mint soup offers a refreshing prelude to the main course.

Moving on to the main course, guests are treated to an array of hearty options that celebrate the essence of British cuisine. Whether indulging in the nostalgia of a “Chippy tea” featuring beer-battered cod fillet and chip shop pickles or savoring the elegance of pan-seared salmon fillet with broad bean relish and lobster broth, each dish reflects a blend of tradition and innovation. The cheese course showcases the richness of British cheeses, perfectly complemented by hazelnut wafers and red onion jam, while dessert offerings such as the Oxfordshire Featherbed strawberry Eton mess or the baked chocolate tart with salted peanut brittle promise a sweet conclusion to the dining experience.

Throughout the game, guests will have access to the conveniently located Sports Bar – the space ordinarily known as The Boleyn, which pays homage to the high-charm pubs of Upton Park. During the seventh-inning stretch, fans can savor The All-Star experience with a variety of Sports Bar items and a curated beverage selection. This includes arrival champagne or Pimm’s, premium wines, bottled beers and ciders, soft drinks, fruit juices, premium spirits with mixers and a selection of teas, coffees and herbal infusions.

“We are in the unique position of being a longtime foodservice operator here in London, the longest running concessionaire in Major League Baseball and having the experience of operating a portfolio of world-class restaurants,” said Jamie Obletz, a group president for Delaware North who oversees the company’s sports, United Kingdom and Patina Restaurant Group operations. “We are truly bringing the best of our global operations for this event, and I know it will make for an incredible fan experience.”

In addition to the food, 10 new bars have been added to the East Stand between Blocks 130 and 140, along with two more in the West Stand. In keeping with the tradition of Major League Baseball stadiums, vendors – also known as hawkers – will be present in the seating bowl to offer a variety of beer, cider, soft drinks and pretzels from Mr. Pretzels. A returning favorite from 2023, the limited-edition 2024 London Series beer bat cup, which holds two pints of attendees’ drink of choice, will be available at various bar kiosks throughout the stadium.

Delaware North is no stranger to providing high-quality food and beverage service at sporting events. The company has been providing foodservice for Major League Baseball since 1930 and currently operates at 10 MLB ballparks across the United States. Additionally, the company manages foodservice at Wembley Stadium, Emirates Stadium and Pride Park Stadium, and has operated at London Stadium since it opened in 2015.
