Global hospitality company plans extensive renovations to Rocky Mountain Park Inn
and Trendz at the Park

BUFFALO, N.Y., and ESTES PARK, Colo. (Nov. 21, 2016) – Delaware North, one of the largest privately held global hospitality and food service companies in the world, has expanded its portfolio of lodging and retail locations by acquiring the Rocky Mountain Park Inn and Trendz at the Park in Estes Park, Colo.
Both properties are located only a few miles from the Beaver Meadows Entrance Station, the eastern entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Delaware North plans a significant investment of resources to make capital improvements on both the hotel and store to provide elevated experiences for their guests and patrons. The effort will result in closing the hotel until May 2017.
