Empire Resorts, Inc. and Delaware North Companies announced today that the Company is teaming up with Delaware North Companies under a multi-year management agreement that will provide strategic advisory, marketing, and management services for the Company’s gaming and racing operations at Monticello Casino & Raceway.

Delaware North Companies has promoted James W. Simms to president and general manager of Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, the largest operation of the company's nearly $800 million gaming and entertainment enterprise.

Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new 43 table games including blackjack, craps, roulette and specialty games. Bob Marshall, President and General Manager of Wheeling Island said the ribbon cutting serves as the official grand opening of the new table games to the public.
