ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (Jan. 8, 2025) – The Buffalo Bills and Delaware North, the team’s foodservice partner at Highmark Stadium, today announced new specialty menu items for Sunday’s AFC Wild Card matchup with the Denver Broncos.
Among the specialty offerings are the Waffle Fry Battle Boat (a 2-foot display of spiced waffle fries featuring each city’s culinary specialty – with the Buffalo half topped with chopped chicken fingers, sirloin steak and BBQ sauce, and the Denver half topped with a Denver omelet: scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and pancetta), available in the Miller Lite Brew Pub. The new Buffalo Bruncher (Paula’s cinnamon roll with beef brisket, chicken tenders, loganberry BBQ sauce, chipped beef on weck fondue, topped with a jalapeno popper) will be available at Pepsi, Toyota and Dunn Tire Clubs.
A Playoff Mac & Cheese Cart will be featured at Gate 4. Fans can customize macaroni & cheese with a choice of lobster, buffalo chicken or chorizo sausage.
Other new and returning favorites throughout the stadium included:
- Bills Burger – Double meat, double cheese, double pickle, with stadium sauce on an everything bun. Available at various grill stands (111, 119, 125, 133, 141, 307, 330), Pepsi Club, Toyota Club, Bud Light Club and Dunn Tire Club.
- The Milano – A combination of salami, chicken cutlet, shaved Parmesan, sundried tomato aioli and arugula on a seeded roll, worthy of our star linebacker. Available at the Miller Lite Brew Pub, Toyota Club, Pepsi Club and Dunn Tire Club.
- Powerhouse Quesadilla – Featuring black beans, charred corn, smoked almond red pepper sauce and vegan cheese. Gluten-friendly and vegan. Available at the Miller Lite Brew Pub.
- Caprese Wrap: Gluten-free wrap with chicken, basil pesto, sundried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, arugula and balsamic glaze. Available at all Tim Horton’s locations (Sections 108, 115, 130, 137, 310 and 337), Bud Light Club and Caesars Sportsbook Lounge.
Fan-favorite nachos, popcorn, salad bowls and Campbell’s Chunky Chili will be on hand, and hot chocolate and Tim Horton’s hot coffee (regular or spiked) will be available at all club bars, with malt options available at concessions stands.
