Buffalo Bills and Delaware North introduce new specialty food and beverage items for Wild Card matchup

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (Jan. 11, 2024) – The Buffalo Bills and Delaware North, the team’s foodservice partner at Highmark Stadium, today announced new specialty menu items for Sunday’s AFC Wild Card matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.  

Among the new offerings are Wild Card Stampede Fries (a 2-foot display of spiced waffle fries featuring each city’s culinary specialty – topped half with Buffalo chicken and blue cheese and half with chopped pastrami, coleslaw and shredded cheese) and a BBQ Cone (brisket burnt ends with caramelized onion, jalapeno and peach BBQ sauce in an Artigiana bakery sesame cone).  

The new items are available in general concessions at Chef’s Test Kitchen, which is in the Miller Lite Brew Pub on the lower concourse. The BBQ Cone is also available in the sideline clubs.  

“Our culinary team has designed several great new items for fans as they cheer on the Bills in the Wild Card round of the playoffs for the fourth consecutive year,” said Andy Altomare, Delaware North’s general manager at Highmark Stadium. “The menu for this game is a continuation of the elevated concession offerings we’ve had all season long, with exciting items that are perfect for eating while watching the game at the stadium.”

Other new and returning favorites throughout the stadium include: 

  • Championship Caliber BBQ – a generous portion of pulled pork, pickled onion, spiced queso, cilantro and lime on a grilled roll – will be available at BBQ Stands (Sections 109, 131, 312 and 333).
  • 2-Foot Nachos – a returning favorite from the regular season featuring fresh fried tortilla chips topped with barbecue pulled pork, queso, pickled onions, cilantro, jalapenos and lime crema – will be available at BBQ Stands (Sections 109, 131, 312 and 333) and in the Pepsi East Club and Toyota Club.
  • Boozy Hot Chocolate, featuring malt-based Southern Comfort and Fireball, will be available throughout general concessions and in the club areas. Limited edition 2023 AFC East Champion-themed souvenir mugs will be available.  
  • Within the sideline clubs (Pepsi Club East, Pepsi Club West, Dunn Tire Club and Toyota Club), all Grill locations will feature the Lasagna Burger – a meatball blend patty topped with marinara and mozzarella on an Artigiana bakery garlic roll.  
  • As part of the Hometown Chef series, the Bud Light Club will feature Mulberry Italian Ristorante’s meatball cart, serving a Mulberry Meatball with sourdough bread and fresh ricotta. The M&T Club will feature a steak tartare and pâte à choux, from Billy Club restaurant. 
  • A Fried Chicken and Waffle sandwich, featuring maple syrup-glazed chicken and cider peppercorn slaw on a butter-toasted Belgian waffle bun, will be available in the Caesars Sportsbook Lounge.
  • A new take on the Surf & Turf Bloody Mary – this year featuring spiced shrimp, a Buffalo wing, salami, blue cheese and pepperoncini – will be served in a 32-ounce souvenir Bills cup in the Caesars Sportsbook Lounge and Bud Light Club. 
  • Fans looking to fuel and warm up like their favorite players can purchase the training center recipe Buffalo Bills Chicken Broth, available at all Tim Hortons concession stands and the Miller Lite Brew Pub.
  • Blood Mary for Two and Mimosa for Two will be available within all the sideline clubs and will be served in a 24-ounce souvenir carafe.
