Bruce Willis to Perform Live Concert at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. (July 23, 2007) – Netflix LIVE! On Location will present a live concert with The Bruce Willis Blues Band at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on Thursday, August 2 in the Rocket Garden. The 7:00 p.m. concert will be followed by a free outdoor screening of the 1998 Academy Award-nominated classic "Armageddon."

Headlining this unique event is motion picture superstar Bruce Willis and his band, The Bruce Willis Blues Band, which will play a live, public concert prior to an outdoor screening of "Armageddon."  The star and his band are expected to perform a 60-minute set of original blues music.  Returning to the space center for the first time since the filming of "Armageddon" a decade ago, Willis is expected to be welcomed by about 7,000 fans in the center's spectacular outdoor Rocket Garden.

Willis' acting career spans more than 50 films over the course of 20 years.  After a successful stint on television, he launched a landmark career on the silver screen and became America's #1 action-hero through the highly successful "Die Hard" films.  His top 10 most popular films include director M. Night Shyamalan's "The Sixth Sense" and director Terry Gilliam's "12 Monkeys."  This summer, Willis stars in "Live Free, Die Hard," the much anticipated fourth installment of the "Die Hard" series, which was released in theaters on June 27.

The Netflix LIVE! On Location movie and music series pairs classic movies with live concert performances by the films' featured stars in locations uniquely associated with the movies. While the Netflix concert and movie screening are free to all visitors of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, there is an admission fee to enter Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The concert is included with the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Commander's Club Annual Pass.
