As the regular NHL season came to a close, Bridgestone Area, home of the Nashville Predators and where Delaware North Sportservice operates all food, beverage and retail services, celebrated another great season.
The team’s commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences was on full display at the recent 2025 Predators Wine Festival, hosted at the BetMGM Sports Lounge, a streetside restaurant operated by Delaware North at the arena.
The Delaware North team executed a five-course wine tasting dinner, a collaborative effort between Sportservice and Patina Restaurant Group, with proceeds benefiting the Predators Foundation. Lou Piuggi, vice president of culinary, and Kevin Miller, vice president of culinary for Sportservice, were onsite to help the culinary team, led by Executive Chef Melvin Marcano, craft exquisite dishes paired with wines from Stonestreet.
Menu items included Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Magret Duck Breast with a huckleberry compote, filet and a Basque Cheesecake.
