Delaware North’s travel hospitality team recently opened the Atlanta Stillhouse bourbon bar at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, adding to its already impressive array of food and beverage offerings.
The bar, which opened for business on March 20, features more than 30 bourbons – the largest selection at the airport – to go along with hand-crafted specialty cocktails, draft beer and spirits. Guests can experience bourbon flights from the self-service bourbon dispensers, which are located in the main dining area. Featured specialty cocktails include The Devil & Ms. Mary, a Smoked Manhattan, a Spiced Julep and a classic, The Old Fashioned.
The food represents a taste of the region – offering a wide variety of small plates, including Pimento cheese and pork skins, pulled pork or barbecue chicken sliders, mozzarella and peach Caprese salad, smoked brisket nachos, a meat and cheese plate, and bourbon barbecue wings.
The design reflects the actual Jim Beam Visitors’ center in Clermont, Ken., including a hand-painted logo above the bar. The seating area is equipped with more than 20 courtesy electrical and USB plugs, ample seating, and five televisions.
