Bills fans now have a new way to celebrate their team spirit as they travel, with two exclusive menu items launching at Buffalo Niagara International Airport just in time for the team’s postseason push.
Foodservice partner Delaware North, in collaboration with the Buffalo Bills and airport officials, has unveiled the #17 Spritz – a cocktail as bold as the team’s MVP-favorite quarterback. This refreshing mix of SVEDKA vodka, blue curaçao, citrus juice and lemon-lime soda is available at all four airport bars: Queen City Kitchen, Anchor Bar, Blue Zone and Market on Elmwood.
For those with an appetite, the Bills Burger brings a fan-favorite from Highmark Stadium straight to the airport. This stacked creation features double meat, double cheese, double pickle and a slathering of Secret Stadium Sauce on a signature everything bun. It’s available at both Queen City Kitchen and Anchor Bar (in addition to seven different grill locations in concessions, the Miller Lite Brew Pub, Pepsi Club, Toyota Club and Dunn Tire Club at Highmark Stadium, of course).
“This collaboration is a fun way to bring a taste of the Bills’ home turf to travelers,” said Joe Schratz, Delaware North’s general manager at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. “It’s about celebrating Buffalo pride and giving fans a unique opportunity to enjoy stadium-inspired flavors as they journey to their next destination.”
Mike Reilly, Delaware North’s general manager at Highmark Stadium, added: “Bills Mafia travels like no other. Whether it’s fans coming home or heading out to cheer the team on the road, we’re excited to bring Highmark Stadium flair to the airport to keep that team spirit alive.”
Delaware North has operated food and retail services at Buffalo Niagara International Airport since 1952. The company has operated foodservice at Highmark Stadium since 1992.
