The Atlanta Braves and hospitality partner Delaware North today announced an expansive and locally inspired culinary lineup for the 2025 Major League Baseball All-Star Game presented by Mastercard and All-Star Week events at Truist Park.
“As we prepare to host the world’s baseball fans at Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta for All-Star Week, we are excited to showcase why we were recently ranked the best Overall Guest Experience and Concessions in Major League Baseball,” said Hannah Basinger, Atlanta Braves senior vice president, operations. “We like to say that on a gameday, we operate the largest restaurant in the Southeast, and our unique ability to do that will be on full display as fans flock to the ballpark and The Battery Atlanta to enjoy all that All-Star Week has to offer. In partnership with Delaware North, we have put together a fun specialty menu that we think will not only be delicious, but also highlight what makes the South one of the top culinary destinations.”
Southern flavors take center stage during All-Star Week
From July 11 through July 15, Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta will host a series of All-Star Week events, including the T-Mobile Home Run Derby, All-Star Futures Game, Celebrity Softball Game, MLB Draft and more, culminating in the All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 15. The Braves and Delaware North’s culinary team have curated a menu that blends regional comfort food with bold modern twists.
“The Midsummer Classic’s return to Atlanta is a momentous occasion, and we’re thrilled to showcase the best of Southern hospitality,” said Charles Adams, general manager for Delaware North at Truist Park. “Our culinary team has crafted a menu that blends bold innovation with regional comfort, ensuring every fan experiences something unforgettable.”
As is customary for a marquee event, Delaware North is reinforcing its onsite team with standout talent from across its U.S. operations. That includes a culinary delegation from Patina Group, brought in to support the elevated food and beverage experience. Patina operates high-profile restaurants at Walt Disney World, in New York City and throughout Los Angeles, and serves as the official catering partner for PGA of America championship events, including this year’s Ryder Cup on Long Island.
“We have incredibly talented chefs across our portfolio coming together to deliver the best culinary experience possible for this event,” Adams added. “It’s a true team effort that reflects the depth and creativity of our organization.”

Premium spaces offer immersive culinary experiences
Delaware North is elevating the All-Star experience across Truist Park with curated menus and immersive moments in premium areas. Guests can expect standout dishes such as carved tomahawk ribeye, jumbo lump crab cakes, seafood bars with lobster salad and octopus, and curated charcuterie boards. Sustainability efforts ahead of All-Star Week
In partnership with MLB Green, the Braves and Delaware North have introduced several new sustainability initiatives in the lead-up to All-Star Week 2025:
- Rooftop Tower Garden: Launched on Earth Day 2025, Truist Park’s new rooftop garden is now producing up to 56 plants per week – including lettuce and herbs used in several All-Star menu items. Any excess produce is donated through the Braves’ partnership with Second Helpings Atlanta.
- Expanded Recycling and Composting: Additional bins and collection points have been added throughout the stadium and The Battery. In 2024, Truist Park diverted over 636,000 pounds of compostable material – a 60% increase from the previous year.
- Food Rescue at Scale: A refined food donation program now captures unused proteins from 23 high-volume concession stands – up from six in 2023. In total, 60,976 pounds of food were donated in 2024, with even more expected during All-Star Week.
- Aluminum Over Plastic: All alcoholic beverages are now served in recyclable aluminum cups, replacing 1.8 million single-use plastic cups.
- Green Wall: Fans can explore an educational Green Wall exhibit at All-Star Village, highlighting MLB Green’s sustainability efforts.
The Outfield Market celebrates Atlanta chefs and supports foodservice workers
The Braves and Delaware North have partnered with Giving Kitchen to bring a rotating lineup of local chefs to Truist Park’s newest culinary destination – the Outfield Market, an eight-stall food hall. Monthly menus from James Beard Award winners and Michelin-recognized chefs – including Hector Santiago, Terry Koval and Hudson Rouse – offer fans a taste of Atlanta’s diverse food scene while supporting Giving Kitchen’s mission to help food service workers in crisis.
The Outfield Market includes Grindhouse Burger, Coop’s Wings, Taqueria Tsunami, Velvet Taco, Fred’s Meat & Bread, Pepper’s Hot Dogs and The Sweet Spot, including dessert items from Mayfield, Mo’Bay Beignet Co., Popcorn Remix and Sugar Shane’s.
Technology and accessibility enhance the fan experience
Delaware North is also introducing new technology and accessibility features, including robotic service enhancements and a digital allergen guide integrated into the Braves section of the MLB Ballpark App.
The robots, including Bear Robotics’ SERVI+ and LG’s CLOi ServeBot, will help with both food delivery and table bussing in the Blue Moon Brewery & Grill and Delta Club. The technology, which is currently being deployed as a pilot program, is designed to complement Delaware North’s service teams by enhancing efficiency and allowing staff to focus more on guest engagement.
For the digital allergen guide, guests can scan QR codes for real-time dietary information and interact with a chatbot for assistance.
