ATLANTA, July 30, 2025 – Delaware North, a global leader in hospitality, is excited to announce the grand opening of ASW Flights + Bites and two Starbucks locations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). These new additions to the airport’s diverse food and beverage offerings on Concourse B provide travelers with a unique and authentic taste of Atlanta’s renowned craft spirits, as well as a jolt of energy to send them on their journey.
The airport celebrated with a grand opening for all three locations with a “Concourse Crawl” that encouraged consumers to visit both brands during the event.
“We are thrilled to bring ASW Distillery and Starbucks to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport,” said Chris Chila, vice president of operations for Delaware North Travel. “These openings represent our commitment to enhancing the travel experience by offering unique and high-quality dining and beverage options. ASW Distillery’s presence at the airport will not only provide travelers with a taste of Atlanta’s vibrant craft spirits scene but also support local businesses and the community.”
ASW Flights + Bites, located near Gate B33, offers a variety of locally distilled spirits, including bourbon, rye and vodka, all crafted with the finest ingredients and traditional methods. The distillery’s tasting room will provide a welcoming atmosphere where travelers can relax and enjoy a curated selection of cocktails and flights.
“With ASW Flights + Bites, we’re bringing a taste of our award-winning spirits to one of the busiest airports in the world,” said ASW Distillery Co-Founder and CEO Jim Chasteen. “It’s a unique opportunity to introduce travelers to what we do, from our flagship Fiddler Wheated Bourbon to our award-winning Resurgens Rye whiskey alongside small bites, thanks to our partnership with Delaware North. It’s a chance to showcase the spirit of Atlanta – one pour and one plate at a time.”
“The Atlanta airport is a global platform for our brand,” said ASW Distillery Co-Founder Charlie Thompson. “It will allow thousands of consumers to meet us in our hometown and carry that experience home with them. This is an invaluable connection with people as we expand outside of Georgia and eventually outside of the United States.”
The two Starbucks locations officially opened in March at Gates B15 and B28, and offer handcrafted coffee beverages, premium teas and delectable treats. Each location has a fully integrated point of sale and has Starbucks Rewards loyalty and mobile app functionalities, making it easy for passengers to place a mobile order once they land and have their coffee waiting for them as soon as they get off the plane.
“Delaware North’s partnership with Hartsfield-Jackson continues to raise the bar for airport hospitality, ensuring every traveler can enjoy a sip of Atlanta or a quick coffee break on the go,” said Tyronia Smith, ATL’s Deputy General Manager for Revenue Development and Management. “These openings are a perfect example of how ATL Skypointe is redefining concessions, blending local craftsmanship with global brands to create an unforgettable passenger experience.”
In 2023, Delaware North was selected to develop five food and beverage opportunities that will be available in Concourse B as part of a 10-year extension with the airport. The award for the new business expands Delaware North’s onsite presence, which since 2012 has included foodservice operations within Terminals T and D.
