Green Bay, Sportservice feed Packers’ playoff push

The NFL Playoffs enters its conference championship round this weekend after making a stop in Green Bay, Wis., last Sunday when the Green Bay Packers defeated the Seattle Seahawks in front of a sold-out crowd at Lambeau Field.

Two of the featured limited-time menu items for the playoffs were Playoff Poutine and the Franchise Pretzel. The poutine dish featured French fries, Johnsonville brat coins, cheese curds, slab bacon gravy and was topped with beer mustard crema. The pretzel was a giant “G”-shaped pretzel and served with mustard and cheddar cheese dipping sauces.

Additionally, Delaware North was offering free hot chocolate and cider to help fans keep warm in the 26-degree weather.

Ahead of the game at Lambeau, the Packers Everywhere fan group held a Saturday pep rally at The Turn, the new sports bar and restaurant Delaware North opened last fall in the Titletown district outside of the stadium. The pep rally attracted more than 800 fans who packed the restaurant and enjoyed drink specials, live music and the sold-out Topgolf Swing Suite bays.

The Packers continue their playoff push this weekend, when they play the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
