The new World Market Bistro is now open at Delaware North’s Southland Casino Racing in West Memphis, Ark. The World Market Bistro is a full-service, fast-casual restaurant featuring high-quality three-course meals.
The new restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday and offers guests the option to choose from two kitchens – the Pasta Kitchen or the Market Kitchen.
At the Pasta Kitchen, guests can customize a pasta dish with more than 30 ingredients, or choose a menu entrée such as Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Fettucine Alfredo or Shrimp Pomodoro. The Market Kitchen offers classic entrées such as Prime Rib, Salmon, Pork and more.
Decadent desserts such as Caramel Layer Cake, New York Cheesecake and Pecan Pie are included with the meals, and the Bistro Bar offers signature cocktails, beer and wine.
Meanwhile, the $250 million expansion to Southland Casino Racing, which includes a new gaming complex and high-rise hotel, continues to progress and is expected to be finished in 2022.
