Patina Catering, a division of Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group, pulled out all the stops for an ambitious — and delicious — presentation at last weekend’s MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The main show, hosted by comedian Tiffany Haddish, took place at Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif. Patina catered to about 1,000 guests, with 250 VIPs and award nominees receiving seated table service.
Inventive hors d’oeuvres such as savory macarons, sweet sushi, tiny pepperoni pizzas and boozy bomboloni (Italian donuts) made up the menu, which was created by Executive Chef Alec Lestr and Executive Pastry Chef Frania Mendivil.
The entire evening featured a variety of events and receptions all happening concurrently. Patina designed, prepared and served a unique menu for each, with individual operating teams handling the complex logistics.
The effort was led by Senior Sales Manager Bonnie Goodrich, General Manager Amy Haymer, Catering Production Manager Yon Idiart and Senior Party Supervisor Brett Stein.
Patina Catering, of course, is no stranger to catering star-studded events. Past experience includes the Emmy Awards Governors Ball and the GRAMMY Awards.
