Steve graduated from De Montfort University with a Hotel Business Management Degree. Before joining Delaware North, Steve held a variety of senior roles at Sodexo, one of which was Managing Director within Sodexo Live, working with iconic British names such as Ascot Racecourse, Virgin Airlines, the Royal Horticultural Society, the National Gallery and the Royal Academy of Arts. Having led significant new business development opportunities, Steve then successfully led the turnaround of the Education business.
Steve started his career with Whitbread Hotel Company before joining Intercontinental Hotels Group and subsequently Travelodge, where he was responsible for central operations and new hotel growth.
Recognised as an innovative change agent, Steve excels in refining products and processes to elevate experiences for customers, clients and team members. Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to clients and fans, Steve always looks to see where the impact is felt the most, and constantly considers the impact the services Delaware North provides has on the local community.
