Skyland Resort in Shenandoah National Park Getting Ready for the 2015 Season

The natural beauty of Shenandoah National Park is the perfect atmosphere for a spring or summer vacation getaway, and this season guests are invited to take a break from hiking and sight-seeing to relax and enjoy regional, farm-to-fork specialties while taking in the marvelous, mountainous views of the Shenandoah Valley. The Pollock Dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of desserts including, of course, the Mile-High Blackberry Ice Cream Pie. With Paul Lombardy in charge of the kitchen, this restaurant amidst the sky is sure to offer the “height” of the Shenandoah dining experience.
