(September 27, 2013) – Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, a global leader in hospitality, is celebrating its first season operating Peaks of Otter, the iconic Blue Ridge Parkway lodge and restaurant, for the National Park Service. As part of this celebration, Peaks of Otter Lodge and Delaware North have received formal recognition from the Commonwealth of Virginia by Governor Bob McDonnell for their contributions to the state. The proclamation was shared with guests at the grand opening ceremony Friday, September 27.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (September 16, 2013) – Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, and award-winning Chef Allen Susser will introduce the first kosher meal offerings at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) beginning Sept. 24.
 

BUFFALO, N.Y. (August 6, 2013) – Travelers flying into or out of Concourse D at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport  will now be greeted by 14 original pieces of art, created by local Atlanta-area high school students.
 

NIAGARA FALLS, New York (June 27, 2013) - Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts partnered with Niagara Falls State Park to launch its new mobile website, niagarafallsstatepark.com/mobile, June 27. Accessible from any web-enabled phone, the new mobile website creates a more guest-friendly experience for visitors to Niagara Falls State Park.

FISH CAMP, Calf.  (June 20, 2013) – Sean Mangold, director of food and beverage at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, has earned the highest level certification offered by the Federation of Dining Room Professionals (FDRP): Hospitality Grand Master (HGM).

BEDFORD, Va. (June 4, 2013) –Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts began taking reservations at noon EST on Tuesday, June 4 for Peaks of Otter Lodge. Guests may book overnight stays and events at the popular Blue Ridge Parkway property Monday, July 15 through Sunday December 15. The 2013 season will end December 16.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (May 16, 2013) – Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, in conjunction with Lauderdale F&B Partners, today announced the opening of three new dining concepts -- Jamba Juice, Pei Wei Asian Diner and Steak ‘n Shake Signature -- in a new food court space in Terminal 3, Concourse F at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

WEST YELLOWSTONE, Mont. (May 09, 2013)– “Cabineering,” a new trend offered in West Yellowstone, provides the comforts of home and the perks of a hotel for adventurous travelers in remote areas.  Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, a 50-cabin property, is scheduled to open July 1. Explorer Cabins will provide a unique vacation experience by combining several lodging trends, including cabineering, “generational travel” and dog-friendly travel.

WEST YELLOWSTONE, Mont. (April 22, 2013) –Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts properties in West Yellowstone have garnered the 2012 Montana EcoStar Pollution Prevention Award. Montana Gov. Steve Bullock will present the company’s Yellowstone-area employees with the award during an April 24 ceremony.
