Lou Piuggi is vice president of culinary for Delaware North, leading culinary and food and beverage strategy across the company’s operating locations.
He also oversees Delaware North’s Culinary & Hospitality Council, which sets standards for service, compliance, training, and menu development, and supports major events including the MLB All-Star Game and World Series, Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, PGA Championship, and MLB London Series.
With more than 35 years of culinary leadership experience, including nearly 30 with Patina Restaurant Group, Lou previously served as vice president of culinary for Patina, overseeing nearly 40 units at major destinations such as Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland, TD Garden, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Lincoln Center.
He began his career in top New York City restaurants and later held multiple leadership roles with Restaurant Associates before being named to his current position in 2018.
Lou graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
