As Thanksgiving approached in the United States, Delaware North locations showed their thanks by giving back to the communities they serve.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and many of Delaware North’s locations are celebrating with their own versions of holiday cheer, and, more importantly, giving back to their communities. 

Delaware North recently hosted its annual DiscoveryPath program at Yellowstone National Park for a group of middle schoolers from nearby Belgrade, Mont.

Housekeeping leaders from two of Delaware North’s operating companies recently came together for a two-day seminar at the company-owned-and-operated Sea Crest Beach Hotel on Cape Cod in Falmouth, Mass.

Honey Creek Resort, which Delaware North began managing for the Iowa Department of Natural Resources last June, recently hosted its first school group for the DiscoveryPath interactive educational program.

Delaware North recently announced it has launched a program to help address unmet maintenance needs in the nation's parks by putting veterans and young adults to work.

Mid-South Community College on June 2 took the final step toward its world-class hospitality management program with the dedication of the Jeremy Jacobs Hospitality Management Center – named in honor of Delaware North Chairman Jeremy Jacobs.
