Austin City Limits/Waterloo Records & Video Store Opens at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

BUFFALO, N.Y. (October 22, 2007)
? Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services recently opened Austin City Limits/Waterloo Records & Video in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The Records & Video store offers thousands of CDs and DVDs from both Austin City Limits and Waterloo Records’ broad collection. The retail outlet caters to the growing number of travelers utilizing iPods and other electronic devices by featuring numerous iPod and album listening stations along with an internet music information kiosk.

“It’s always exciting to open a new retail or dining option in one of our airports,” said Nick Biello, chief operating officer of Travel Hospitality Services. “We’re especially proud of this concept as it delivers a time-starved consumer one more option to update their electronic listening devices making their trip more enjoyable. We are committed to continually raising the bar when it comes to what travelers can expect as they travel through our airports. Austin City Limits/Waterloo Records is just another example of that commitment.”

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held last week to recognize the store’s opening. Austin music icons Terry Lickona, Producer of Austin City Limits, and John T. Kunz, owner and president of Waterloo Records, were on hand to celebrate with Delaware North Travel Hospitality Services. The opening ceremony featured live music and an album release from artist Rachel Loy.

The addition of this retail store adds to an already impressive list of food service and retail options the company has brought to the airport including the regionally recognized Longhorns Retail and The Salt Lick BBQ.
