Delaware North caters historic ice-climbing event at Niagara Falls
Energy drink company Red Bull recently held an event at Niagara Falls State Park – sponsoring Canadian ice climber Will Gadd, who scaled a 177-foot ice formation on the American side of Niagara Falls’ Horseshoe Falls.
Gadd made history in doing so as he is the first person ever to ascend Niagara Falls. Delaware North – which operates food, beverage, retail and recreational services at the park – catered the event in Top of the Falls Restaurant, with a warmth-themed menu that included a pair of homemade soups, beef stew and baked chicken with a Soave wine.
