Travel hospitality provider continuing remake by adding Sushi Maki, Freshens to supplement Pasha’s, Chef Allen’s 2 Go, Casa de Fresco and Dunkin’ Donuts
Since mid-2009, Delaware North has added several popular regional and national restaurant concepts and is currently adding two more, plus making a significant investment to add digital menu ordering throughout its food and beverage operations at the airport later this year.

Coming soon to the airport will be Freshens, the nation’s largest frozen yogurt and smoothie company and a long-standing Delaware North partner. Freshens’ “fuel for the mind and body” includes smoothies, juices, frozen treats and other healthy snacks.

Pasha’s. The popular Mediterranean restaurant with seven locations in
Chef Allen’s 2 Go. Developed by noted South Florida Chef Allen Susser, who has partnered with Delaware North at the airport, Chef Allen’s 2 Go has several kiosks throughout the airport. The menu offers Susser’s signature
Casa de Fresco. Another regional favorite, Casa de Fresco, opened earlier this year at the airport to offer travelers “floribbean” flavor in dishes incorporating cilantro and mango juice. Its menu includes healthy, regional fare such as chicken mojito sandwiches, floribbean tuna, salads and wraps.
Dunkin’ Donuts. The beloved national brand landed at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport late last year, with 10 locations throughout the airport to provide busy travelers with coffee, specialty coffees and fresh bakery items.
