Just a few months since taking over food and beverage operations at San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium, Delaware North Sportservice recently unveiled several new concessions and suite menu items for the 2015-16 San Diego Chargers season.
When the Green Bay Packers inducted legendary quarterback Brett Favre into their Hall of Fame and retired his number on July 18, Delaware North Sportservice, the food and beverage services partner of the Packers, was there to serve more than 1,700 guests who attended the induction ceremony banquet at Lambeau Field’s atrium.
Delaware North Sportservice lent a helping hand – and tried its hand – in the Gold Ribbin’ BBQ Festival on July 10-11 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis., where Delaware North operates food and beverage services for the NFL’s Green Bay Packers.
It only seemed fitting to feature Delaware North’s executive chef at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, James Major, who led the company’s culinary efforts at last week’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game festivities.
Kayleigh Holmes, head of staffing operations and human resources for Delaware North at Emirates Stadium in London, recently earned an Acorn Award – given annually to the United Kingdom hospitality industry’s up-and-coming stars.
