Company's Travel Hospitality Services division continues to bolster local and regional offerings at Nashville Airport

BUFFALO, N.Y. (Sept. 24, 2008) - Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, one of the world's leading airport food and retail providers, opened La Hacienda at Nashville International Airport this summer.

La Hacienda is a Nashville-area concept that offers casual dining and excellent Mexican fare. The company has nine locations throughout Tennessee and prides itself on its expansive menu and festive atmosphere. La Hacienda is a family owned and operated business that opened in 1986 under the guidance of the Guzman family. This represents the first airport location for La Hacienda.

Delaware North previously opened regional favorites including two Tootsie's Orchid Lounge locations, Swett's and Whitt's Barbecue. The Tootsie's locations are an offshoot of the famous Nashville honky tonk where countless entertainers and stars swapped songs and enjoyed a cold drink. Swett's is a Nashville staple and has received numerous awards for its meat and southern style food. Whitt's is a Nashville favorite known for its delicious barbecue.

"Delaware North works very hard to find the concepts that best represent a region and will appeal to the traveling public," said Matt King, president of Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services. "We've done a great job of that at Nashville Airport and the new La Hacienda is a great addition."

Delaware North has combined the Nashville local favorite with a variety of regional and national concepts. The company opened O'Charley's, a casual dining restaurant well-known in the Southeast and headquartered in Nashville. Delaware North has also added such national favorites as Manchu Wok, Villa Pizza and Wendy's.

Delaware North Companies is a global leader in food service and hospitality with operations at such places as Wembley Stadium in the UK, Busch Stadium in St. Louis and Yosemite National Park. The company's Travel Hospitality Services division operates at over two-dozen airports worldwide including Los Angeles International Airport, Detroit Metro Airport and Melbourne Airport in Australia.
