Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, operated by Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group and located at Epcot Center in Walt Disney World, was recently named the “Best Amusement Park Restaurant” in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
Via Napoli was up against 19 other finalists, each of which were selected by USA Today travel experts. Its competition included high-profile restaurants at places like Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., Universal Studios Hollywood and even a few of its neighbors at Disney World – but it bested each of them in the online vote.
“Our entire staff does a tremendous job in providing the highest quality cuisine, exceptional service, and warm hospitality that resonates with our devoted fanbase and keeps them coming back for more,” said Via Napoli General Manager Gabriele Uberti.
“We couldn’t be prouder of our Via Napoli family for going above and beyond to create incredible dining experiences for each and every guest that are worthy of awarding us the best theme park restaurant in North America.”
In its nomination, USA Today said: “Hearty pastas, wood-fired pizzas and other Southern Italian favorites fill the menu at Via Napoli in Epcot’s Italy Pavilion. This casual and family-friendly eatery also serves Italian wines, beers (by the pint or pitcher) and specialty cocktails.”
