Position: Vice President, Hospitality Development and Construction

Jeff Sellers is vice president of hospitality development and construction for Delaware North.

In his role, Sellers works with cross-functional teams to drive a wide range of construction projects. Sellers leads the activities of the construction management team to keep stakeholders properly informed, while ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. His position includes an analytical and strategic approach to the process of planning, estimating and delivering value derived from the development or redevelopment of facilities and infrastructure that support Delaware North’s organizational goals.

Since rejoining Delaware North in February 2013, Sellers has served as director of construction projects.

Sellers had been with Delaware North from 2006 until early 2011, serving as a senior project manager. As such, he managed construction projects, including budgets, schedules, change orders and the various project teams.

From 2011 until 2013, he served as director of preconstruction services at Birdair Inc., for which he managed all internal procedures for business development operations, including sales engineering, graphics, estimating and bidding. In all, he has more than 15 years of related industry experience.

After spending four years as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Sellers earned a degree in computer information systems and construction technology at Erie Community College. He is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – commonly referenced as LEED – and earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management at Everglades University.
