(Oct. 25, 2011) - Delaware North Companies is celebrating the 10^th anniversary of ISO 14001 registration of GreenPath®, the company’s award-winning environmental management system, with the registration of its global headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y. The registration to the standards put forth by the International Organization for Standardization signifies Delaware North’s continued commitment to stewardship.

 

YELLOWSTONE, Mont. (May 27, 2011) –Yellowstone’s Lake and Tower General Stores, which are operated by Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, have been recognized by Yellowstone Business Partnership for their sustainability. The award was presented during the Yellowstone Business Partnership’s annual spring conference at Jackson Lake Lodge, in Grand Teton National Park May 23-25.

Chefs and other culinary officials of Delaware North Companies are turning their attention to the water this Earth Day.

 

The global leader in hospitality and food service will pledge Thursday to refrain from using 90 percent of the fish and seafood species that are listed on the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch “avoid” list. A plan to address the remaining 10 percent will be drafted by year’s end.
