Tom Barney
Title: Vice President of Finance
Tom Barney is the vice president of finance for Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts. In this role, Tom directs the financial planning, debt financing and budget management functions, as well as managing all financial activities.
Barney has nearly 20 years of experience with Delaware North Companies and most recently served as director of strategic planning and development. Prior to that, he served as manager of strategic planning and development; controller of the Delta Queen Steamboat Company; and in several other corporate financial positions for the company. His experience has allowed him to work in Delaware North’s various industries, from the airport sector to sports concessions and national and state parks.
He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in finance and later earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo.
