Tim Smith serves as the managing director of the Delaware North Companies Australia & New Zealand parks and resorts division. He manages and oversees the entire portfolio, including Lizard Island, Heron Island, Wilson Island, El Questro and Kings Canyon Resort. Smith's responsibilities include directing and overseeing the development and execution of the annual business plan, in addition to the longer-term strategic planning. Working with the senior executive team, he is responsible for directing the allocation of resources required to achieve revenue growth.
