Stephen Nowaczyk
Title: Vice President of Finance, Travel Hospitality Services

As vice president of finance for Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, Stephen Nowaczyk is responsible for executive decision support, accounting, planning, reporting, control environment and new business analysis for over two hundred restaurants and retail stores in airports and on toll-roads. Before assuming the role of vice president in 2007, Nowaczyk held the titles of Corporate Vice President of Planning and Analysis and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Delaware North Companies.

Before joining Delaware North, Nowaczyk worked as Director of Financial Planning and Reporting for Constellation Brands, Inc.’s wine division. He also held director positions in Corporate Accounting, Reporting and Analysis and Consumer Marketing Finance/Trade Administration for Birds Eye Foods.

Prior to his career at Birds Eye Foods, Nowaczyk held a number of finance and accounting positions at Xerox Corporation. He began his career with KPMG.

Nowaczyk earned an M.B.A in Finance from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, and a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
