Mark Worthington serves as the purchasing and health and safety manager for Delaware North Companies UK. His responsibilities include implementing and developing the UK purchasing strategy, as well as managing compliance with purchasing systems and procedures. He is also responsible for Delaware North’s health and safety programme within the UK, aiming to maintain and improve the positive safety culture across the business.

 

Worthington has more than 20 years of experience in the catering industry, having started in hotels before spending 13 years within the airline catering and service delivery sector. He joined Delaware North in January 2005 as part of the Wembley Stadium mobilisation team and moved to his current role in January 2008.
