Kevin P. O’Connor
Title: Chief Operating Officer
Kevin P. O’Connor is chief operating officer of Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, a subsidiary of Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and food service. With more than $2 billion in annual revenue and 55,000 employees, it is one of the largest privately held companies in the world. Reporting to THS President Matt King, O’Connor oversees all airport and travel-plaza operations, while developing and implementing strategic plans necessary for short- and long-term growth and profitability.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Boston, O’Connor has built a successful career in the food and beverage industry. He has held senior-level positions with Specialty Restaurants, Wolfgang Puck, Copelands of New Orleans and most recently, Best Practices, where he was Chief Operating Officer.

In all of his positions, O’Connor has increased performance and implemented changes that benefitted employees, guests, clients and other stakeholders.
