He is responsible for managing the legal and compliance division and is the company secretary for all Delaware North Companies Australia & New Zealand entities. Tuan-Mu plays a key role as part of the senior executive team by overseeing a companywide governance framework that supports excellence in decision-making and is designed to safeguard against financial and business risk. Tuan-Mu’s key responsibilities include the areas of contract management and review, food safety, franchising, liquor licensing, litigation and general commercial and corporate matters.
