Carrie David serves as the director of total rewards and human resource shared services at Delaware North Companies. With more than a decade of experience in human resources, David has performed a broad range of functions with a focus on strategy, analysis, development and implementation. A proven and innovative business partner who is results-oriented and customer- focused, and who consistently demonstrates the ability to excel in diverse situations, David is responsible for developing the strategic direction of Delaware North’s total rewards programs in alignment with overarching philosophy and company business plan objectives.
In addition, David:
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in industrial labor relations and human resource management from West Virginia University
- Completed the Advanced Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
- Is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Has professional affiliations, including SHRM and World at Work
- Was formerly chairman of the national leg of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP)
